• A reservation is only final if the requested deposit is paid within eight days. In principle, this is 100 euros per room, other agreements are negotiable.  In case of late payment, the reservation will be cancelled.
• Advances paid will not be refunded and are not valid for a later booking. For a cancellation insurance you have to take care of yourself.
• Cancellation:  If cancelled up to 22 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the amount is due, with a minimum of 100 euros (paid as an advance).  Between 21 and 13 days 75%, up to 12 days before the start of the stay the total sum of the stay.
• For group stays, the advances paid for the rooms not taken during the stay are not refunded or deducted for the settlement of the other rooms.
• Visits: only registered persons may stay in the guest rooms. The stay of more persons is not accepted for insurance reasons. Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the communal areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm. (For later check-in please inform us in time, if not we reserve the right to rent the room further.)
• Check-out until 10 am.
• No arrival on public holidays and Sunday evening.
